Romania Follow Up
From Romanian participants we had 2 follow up activities one in Suceava and the second one inTimisoara. Description of the activities are followed.
1st Follow Up Activity
For me the dissemination of the project was the most important part. The dissemination was in Suceava, Romania. I managed to make some meetings with my colleagues from the association and with some students from the school where I am a teacher. We got together and told them what was the information we had accumulated in the project. I tried to explain to them the difference between men and women at work through interactive methods. The project helped me change my thinking and reflect on it.
2nd Follow Up activity
The Dissemination activity took place in Timisoara with 16 youth workers aged 19-21. It has started with details about Erasmus programme and ours experiences through it. After that, I explained to them what the ,,Women's empowerment'' indicated and the feelings I had gathered. I asked them to advert some positive and negative adjectives for women, as well as for men.
After that, I asked them to describe how a woman should be. I noticed there was a challenge emotionally especially for men to express themselves and to describe feminity. It was this response from a collegue that shocked me: ,,For me, a woman should cook and respect her man because this is her duty.". One task used from training was to give them tasks to complete and purposely give them different ages and sex. At the end they all had to come to be rewarded for their contribution and I got a lot of different feedbacks for the money I gave to each one of them.
I highlighted the discrimination between women and men at jobs, even in the day-to-day life.

This project was amazing, I learnt so much from it. It is my first project from Erasmus and I am sure that it will remain the one I learnt most from and it will remain alwaysin my heart. It was an amazing experience and I am thankful for it.I got the chance to meet incredibile people that I will never forget. Our trainers, Erma and Katerina, didan incredible job at keeping a firm line of what a project should be and just sending us good vibes. There were moment when we laughed , made silly jokes ,just chilling and relaxing, but the most intense ones were in the category self-reflection time. The reflection time was one of my favourite moments of this training and I loved all the activities because they were based on comunication and cooperation, not just only presenting some information. Moreover, we exchanged precious information about each country's culture and way of living and I was impressed by a lot ofcountries' food and drinks . It was a wonderful adventure, filled with amazing people and priceless ocassions of enjoying life. Thank you for this opportunity!

This training course was a life-changing experience.Although it isn't my first project from Erasmus, I believe that it will remain the one I learnt most from. Our trainers , Erma and Katarina, did an amazing job and I really enjoyed this topic. The most intense moments were in the self-reflection time. It got us to dig deep into our feelings and to express our emotions through art. I believe in the form of creation as the absolute tool of expressing. It was a wonderful adventure, filled with lovely people and priceless occasion of living life.Thank you for this opportunity!
