FOLLOW UP ACTIVITY
After our project in Poland we had the opportunity to conduct a follow-up activity with a group of young people aged 15-18, which proved to be both enlightening and rewarding. Our presentation revolved around the intriguing topic of "body image in children's cartoons."
To kick things off, we began with a video showcasing our experiences and adventures in Poland, accompanied by vibrant images that painted a vivid picture of our Erasmus journey. This set the stage for an engaging and thought-provoking session.
The next activity involved a guessing game where the participants had to identify obscured characters from popular cartoons. This not only added an element of fun but also highlighted how media can sometimes perpetuate unrealistic body standards.
Moving on, we introduced them to various texts that explored stereotypes and societal expectations related to body image. Their comprehension and thoughtful responses during this activity demonstrated their growing awareness of the issue.
The climax of our session was a spirited debate and discussion. It was heartening to witness the young minds actively engaging with the topic, sharing their insights, and challenging preconceived notions.
In the span of just one hour, we managed to create an impactful and successful workshop. The enthusiasm and receptiveness of the participants left a lasting impression on us, reinforcing the importance of addressing body image issues and stereotypes in children's media. Our Erasmus journey may have officially ended, but its impact continues to resonate through the positive change we sparked in these young minds.
This experience has underscored the significance of international collaborations and the power of education in fostering a more inclusive and aware society. We look forward to more opportunities to make a difference in the future.

The project "Women's Empowerment" is definitely one I will remember! The program was incredibly educational, mainly focusing on gender stereotypes and gender-based violence, but also ways in which we can act up and solve those problems. Some of the new insights I've learned during this project have helped me to change my way of thinking. The project was useful for gaining new knowledge and thoughts, but we also had plenty of opportunities to bond with each other and develop meaningful connections. I believe we have succeeded in this part!
Not only were the people amazing and the workshops useful, but I also loved how we always got an opportunity to express our own opinions and lead ourselves. For example, one activity that I really enjoyed was when we had to come up with a channel in which we needed to address one (gender-based) problem and find a way to solve it. It was a way for us to develop new skills and reflect on everything we have learned. Overall, this experience has been unforgettable, and I'm grateful for the friends I've made, memories I won't forget, and everything I've learned. Thank you and I hope we get another opportunity to meet!

My Erasmus adventure in Poland was nothing short of extraordinary. It was not only deeply interesting but also remarkably educational, with the exploration of gender stereotypes being a standout highlight for me. The interactive activities, such as the game of tag, brought our group closer together and made learning fun. It was an excellent way to break the ice and create lasting memories. The intercultural evenings were another unforgettable aspect of our time in Poland. Experiencing the diverse cultures and traditions of my fellow Erasmus participants was eye-opening. It fostered a sense of unity and understanding among us, transcending borders and languages.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for this incredible opportunity. It has broadened my horizons, enriched my perspective, and allowed me to forge friendships that will last a lifetime. Erasmus in Poland was not just a journey; it was a transformative experience that I will cherish forever. Thank you! - David

My experience in Poland was extremely educational and interesting. This was my first Erasmus+ project and I really enjoyed it. I loved meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and learning a bit about different languages. Intercultural nights were the best as we all got to see different cultures and try learning different dances or try different dishes from other countries. I've been learning Polish for a bit so this was a great opportunity to practice and learn more.
My favourite activities were about gender based violence and domestic violence, I knew a bit about gender based violence but didn't know there is an exact term for it. The educators were extremely patient and welcoming. The follow up activity was really fun to organize and do. As I am going to school to be a teacher and pedagogue, this was an amazing opportunity to practice skills that I will have to use in the future. I will never forget the friends I've made throughout this experience and all that I have learned. Thank you!

Dear all,
I wanted to share my incredible experience during my first Erasmus program in Poland. It's safe to say that all my preconceptions were shattered, and I couldn't have asked for a better adventure. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the theme of our program, "Women's Empowerment." It was eye-opening to delve into this topic, and I've learned so much about the challenges women face and the remarkable strength they possess. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. The cultural immersion, the friendships forged, and the knowledge gained have left an indelible mark on me. Thanks to this Erasmus, I've realized that I want to explore more of the world and partake in similar experiences. I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this journey unforgettable, but I want to extend a special thanks to Nick, Ermi, and Agathi for their guidance, support, and friendship. I can't wait to see where this newfound perspective takes me, and I'm already looking forward to my next Erasmus adventure.
